About the role As a warranty administrator, you will be responsible for managing and administering warranty cases. You will review and assess documentation, ensure that cases comply with applicable warranty terms, and provide support to workshops and customers. The role involves close collaboration with technicians, service advisors, and suppliers, where you contribute to smooth processes and satisfied customers.

We are looking for someone who:

-Has extensive experience in the automotive industry

-Has good technical knowledge of vehicles and enjoys working in a structured and administrative manner.

-Is communicative, solution-oriented, and service-minded.

-Has good IT skills and is quick to learn new systems.
