As the Head of Financial Services, you play a key role in developing and leading our financial processes to support the overall goals of the Pharmacy. We are looking for an empathetic and secure leader who will be responsible for a team of 13 economists working with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoice matching. The role offers the opportunity to combine operational responsibility with strategic thinking to drive innovation and efficiency in our financial processes.

This role belongs to our Finance and Business Management unit where you will be part of the unit's management team and report directly to the Pharmacy's CFO.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the Financial Services team responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Invoice Matching.
• Lead the work on financial reporting and budgeting, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's overall financial strategies.
• Lead and coach the team, ensuring competence development and promoting a positive work environment.
• Identify and implement improvements in financial processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure that financial reporting complies with applicable laws and standards, and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties, including auditors and authorities.
• Lead and implement change and improvement initiatives to strengthen the company's financial results.

YOUR COMPETENCIES

We are looking for someone with experience leading teams or projects in a similar role with a strong focus on driving the development of financial reporting, including the implementation of automation and digitization solutions. Furthermore, we see that you are solution-oriented and have a strong ability to prioritize and navigate in a complex context with many different contact points. You are passionate about leadership and have the ability to create security and engagement in the group you lead.

IN ADDITION, WE WANT YOU TO HAVE

• Experience with various larger financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Visma, etc.)
• Academic education in finance, economics, or equivalent
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Great interest in AI and digitization
