Boss Business Partner handles most matters concerning our clients' employees, such as recruitment, structure and planning, regulations and policies, workplace culture, values, and teambuilding. We work closely with company management, boards, and owners, often as management support or interim HR. With our experience, we help clients develop their businesses in line with their vision and goals, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities they face. We also offer our clients interim solutions and the possibility to hire consultants. The demand for our services is increasing, and we are looking for you who want to work as a consultant for one of our clients.

We are primarily looking for those with experience in;

• Finance - finance assistant, controller, finance manager, accounting manager
• Sustainability - strategist, project manager, and managers
• HR - administrator, generalist, occupational health and labor law specialist
• Procurement - assistant, strategic or operational buyer
• Customer Service - customer reception, salespeople, and administrators

About you

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a changing environment and has the ability to quickly adapt to new contexts. As a consultant with us, it is important that you are flexible and can quickly find your place in different companies and organizations. You have a natural ability to communicate and collaborate with different types of people and feel confident in contributing your expertise regardless of the industry or the nature of the assignment.

With your drive and professional attitude, you contribute to ensuring that our clients receive the best solution for their needs. Previous experience in consulting assignments is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and willingness to develop in the role.
