Supervisor for our office in Leksand

EnRival is one of Sweden's largest providers of the Public Employment Service's Customer Choice Rusta and Matcha service and is passionate about helping people grow, find jobs, and stand on their own two feet.

We are now looking for reinforcement in Leksand, a full-time position as a supervisor at 100%.

In this role, you will contribute concretely to individual development, while working closely with your local business community.

You are passionate about service and want to coach and support job seekers step by step until they finally enter employment or studies. You are enterprising, driven, and love results. It is highly meritorious if you are multilingual and/or have a good understanding of other cultures and human differences. It is always a plus if you are already familiar with the Rusta and Matcha service and how it is linked to the Public Employment Service.

We view it positively if you have the ambition to develop within the company, but first and foremost, you must meet the criteria to work as a supervisor.

• We are looking for someone who has a good network locally and regionally within the business community in Leksand and its surroundings. Job opportunities and association contacts are of the highest priority!
• You speak good Swedish, Additional language skills are highly valued.
• You are social and open to making new contacts, with the flexibility to step in where and when needed.
• You appreciate teamwork, are structured, proactive, and have a sales personality.
• You have a well-developed ability to communicate clearly and directly, enjoy challenging and seeing opportunities, and love to provide service and rejoice in helping others.
• You have a natural drive but are humble with the ability to create joy and enthusiasm around you.
• You work efficiently and for the individual's best.
• We want you to have digital competence, and preferably be comfortable with conducting online meetings with video.
• You meet one of the following requirements set by the Public Employment Service:
• Option 1
  • Education: At least 120 higher education credits (80 credits according to the previous system) or equivalent credits from a Vocational College in the areas of; Working life, organization and personnel work, study and career guidance, business economics, work psychology, behavioral science, occupational therapy or social work education.
  • Work experience: At least two years of work experience equivalent to full-time.
  • You must have obtained work experience during the last five years counted from the day the intended start date of the employment as a supervisor.
• Option 2
  • Education: At least one year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with at least a pass grade.
  • Work experience: At least three years of work experience equivalent to full-time in the following profession or tasks.
  • - Work management with personnel responsibility
  • - Recruitment
  • - Restructuring work for job seekers
  • - Study and career guidance
  • - Handling of personnel issues (but not solely personnel administration)
  • - Work with work and labor market issues
  • - Work with social and group psychology
  • - Career guidance
  • You must have obtained work experience during the last five years counted from the day the intended start date of the employment as a supervisor.
