The Surgical Reception is one of the three receptions of the surgical clinic. We are located on three floors in the Dahlska building. In addition to the reception unit, we have a day care department (surgical gate) and two outpatient operating rooms where minor surgical procedures can be performed. Our goal is to provide good care in a timely manner. At the Surgical Reception, a cheerful and friendly team works closely together with nurses, nurse assistants, and doctors. We offer a dynamic work environment with dedicated employees who work together to provide the best possible care.

The operations are carried out during daytime, Monday to Friday.

Job Description

As a receptionist, you are the first contact for our patients. Your main tasks are to receive patients and assist them with check-in. Manage appointments and inquiries both in person and over the phone. Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure smooth patient handling. Perform administrative tasks such as registration and documentation. We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and greets both patients and colleagues in a warm and professional manner. You are thorough and have a good ability to organize and prioritize. Good computer skills are required, preferably experience with journal systems (meritorious but not mandatory).

Requirements:

• High school diploma

Previous experience as a nurse assistant, receptionist, or similar is meritorious but not necessary. We value the right attitude!
