We are currently seeking a candidate who is prepared to take on the role of accelerating Hitachi Energy's quality and sustainability work through ISO frameworks as a lead auditor. Hitachi Energy aims for climate neutrality and seeks to align Power Transformers projects with sustainability goals. This position is based in Ludvika, Sweden, offering a hybrid model of remote and onsite work.

Responsibilities:

• Promote management systems as an integral part of daily operations.
• Act as the point of contact for external ISO certification bodies.
• Lead, document, and follow up on internal audits.
• Collaborate with other internal auditors to ensure effective audit practices.
• Provide monthly status reports on audit non-conformities.
• Deliver onboarding and training for Power Transformers employees.

Requirements:

• Accredited Lead ISO Auditor or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 auditing.
• Documented experience in ISO standards, audits, and HSE law compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills, with Swedish communication abilities as a plus.
