Arbetslivsresurs is looking for a driven and goal-oriented individual who has a strong desire to coach individuals and match them to jobs or education within the framework of the Employment Service's service Step to Employment.

As a job consultant in Step to Employment (STA), which is a contracted service from the Employment Service, you will conduct coaching interventions both at the individual and group level. You will perform tasks such as mapping participants' resources, conducting lectures, organizing trial placements, and having motivational conversations.

You have the opportunity to be creative and tailor your work to the individual, making the work both enjoyable and inspiring. The position requires you to work in a structured and meticulous administrative manner. As the days can vary, you need to have a good ability to independently plan your work. In addition to the role as a consultant in STA, you will also assist in other services and assignments that we have.

Your profile

· At least 2 years of university education or vocational college full-time in sociology, behavioral science, pedagogy, or medicine.

· At least one (1) year of experience part-time in individual or group counseling/coaching of individuals with mental or physical illness or disability in the last three (3) years.

· Experience and interest in working with both individuals and groups.

· A coaching and solution-oriented approach.

· Good communication skills in both speech and writing.

· Very good administrative skills and computer literacy.

· Good knowledge of the local labor market
