We are now looking for someone who wants to be part of our team at primary care support for administrative issues and prescription renewals for the health centers.

Administrator for Primary Care Support, Falun

Job Responsibilities

In this important role, you will help facilitate the daily operations of our health centers by managing administrative issues, prescription renewals, and bookings for vaccinations (Covid-19 and influenza).

The job requires collaboration skills, flexibility, and good communication - qualities we highly value. To succeed in this role, it is also important that you have a structured and meticulous working style.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with the phone as a tool
• Has a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing
• Has good computer skills
• Is solution-oriented
• Has a pedagogical, service-oriented demeanor
• Enjoys collaborating in a team but also has the ability to work independently

It is also an advantage if you:

• Have experience in healthcare administration in the TakeCare journal system
• Have experience with 1177 Vårdguidens e-services
