We are now looking for reinforcement for our administration department at our Scandinavian headquarters in Gothenburg! As a Sales Administrator at Creditsafe, you will become part of one of Sweden's leading credit reporting companies! In the role of Sales Administrator at Creditsafe, you will be an important player in a team primarily responsible for ongoing contract registration and management of our back office systems. The tasks are performed according to established processes and routines, but there is also room – and we encourage – to take your own initiatives for improvement and efficiency. Our salespeople are our main counterpart, but direct contact with customers also occurs.

You will be part of a team consisting of four people who all work together towards our goals, although most of the tasks are performed independently.

Who are you? We are looking for someone who is meticulous and understands the importance of good administration within a company. Therefore, we expect you to have good communication and collaboration skills. You do not need to have any previous experience in administrative tasks (although it is of course an advantage). The most important thing for us is that you are structured, have good social skills, and can handle intense periods without compromising quality. You have good computer skills, speak and write Swedish fluently, and have good knowledge of English. Knowledge of Norwegian and/or Danish is an advantage but not a requirement.
