About the position
At Björkviks care home, we welcome individuals with psychiatric issues combined with substance abuse. We work in three teams: SÄBO, Short-term, and HVB. We are now looking for staff for our SÄBO unit. We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant or have equivalent education.
The tasks consist of motivational work towards sobriety and abstinence, practical tasks with ADL, supporting our clients in structuring their days according to the implementation plan, driving to various authorities and healthcare facilities, driving to outings and activities, documentation, and medication management.Working hours and employment rate: The position is a parental leave cover for 12 months. The job involves work during daytime, evening, and weekends. The employment rate is 100%.Salary: Salary is according to agreement and other compensations are according to collective agreements.
Start date: 250217 (There is an opportunity to start working immediately as a temporary employee before the start of the cover)Who are you?We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, organized, and responsible. You have a positive outlook and enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. To thrive and succeed in the role, we hope you find it easy to build relationships and have good collaboration skills.
We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant or have equivalent education. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. A requirement is that you have a driver's license for a manual transmission. It is also advantageous if you:
- have experience working in psychiatric care
- have experience with documentation work
