About us

Skärvet is a special accommodation (housing with special services) and short-term accommodation focused on mental illness, disorders, or functional variations, located centrally in Växjö near the station.

We are an engaged team driven by our values: Engagement, Joy, and Responsibility. These guiding principles permeate everything we do, with a focus on interaction, participation, and self-determination. With us, we work closely together among different professions. Our team consists of nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, caregivers, and nursing assistants.

About the position 

At Skärvet, the client's quality of life and health are in focus. As an employee with us, you will work with psychiatry and recovery. Our professional team designs an implementation plan based on assignments together with the client and follows up regularly. You document in our documentation system. Together with colleagues, you distribute tasks and communicate with other health and medical care professionals. All our working methods and approaches are based on scientific grounds or proven experience. Employment conditions: 

We are now looking for employees for permanent positions.  

Employment rate 100%. 

Salary is according to agreement and other compensations are according to collective agreements. Start date for the position is according to agreement.

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present valid ID and any documents that support the right to work in Sweden. All who receive employment within Humana Individual and Family are required to submit a background check before a job offer is made.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is solution-focused, attentive, and flexible. You are a person who has the ability to handle stressful situations with security and stability. You are responsible and can independently structure your work, while also having good collaboration skills and enjoying teamwork. You have pedagogical insight into people's different conditions and can adapt your way of communicating to their needs.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a trained nursing assistant or caregiver

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working with the target group
• B driver's license
