Do you want to work in a meaningful role where you make a difference – both for healthcare providers and healthcare personnel? Klara is now looking for a recruitment assistant with strong commitment and broad experience in the healthcare sector. With us, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will play an important role in our recruitment process.
About the position
As a recruitment assistant with us, you will assist our experienced consulting managers with recruitment and related administration.
Your tasks will include: • Planning and scheduling of staff • Daily contact with clients and employees • Handling bookings, absences, and quick replacements • Administration related to assignments, contracts, and invoicing • Support in recruitment processes (advertising, selection, interviews, reference checks)
The position is full-time with placement at our office in Trollhättan. The employment begins with a six-month probationary period.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a licensed nurse – a requirement
- Has previous experience in staffing, administration, or service – meritorious
- Has worked in Intelliplan or another CRM/staffing system – meritorious
- Is structured, solution-oriented, and has strong communication skills
- Enjoys taking responsibility, working independently, and being a team player
