As a Recruitment Manager at Procruitment, you will be a partner to leading tech companies and drive the entire recruitment process from start to finish. It is a business-oriented role where you will coach managers and leaders at various levels while also identifying the best candidates. In this work, there are many exciting challenges to tackle, and you will work with requirement profiles, search, and after placement be the closest manager for the consultants.

You will for example:

• Project manage and plan your recruitment processes from start to finish.
• Nurture candidate and client relationships through close collaboration and relationship-building activities.
• Identify new needs with existing clients and contribute to improving our processes.
• Follow up ongoing assignments with clients and consultants to ensure well-being, development, and a good work environment.

• Has previous work experience in recruitment, preferably within IT/Tech.
• Is fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Is passionate about meeting people and is good at building relationships.
• Enjoys working with results and driving things to completion.
• Is accustomed to working with digital tools.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary + commission without a cap.

Scope: Full-time, permanent.
