We are looking for a finance- and service-oriented employee for their customer service. Here you will be welcomed to a stimulating workplace in central Stockholm where you will work in a team of dedicated colleagues in a customer service department with a total of 30 agents. This is an exciting opportunity for those who are passionate about helping people and communicating with customers, and who want to combine this with development in finance and financing solutions. EnterCard is owned by Swedbank and Barclays Bank and thus belongs to one of the largest banking groups in Scandinavia.

At the start, you will receive thorough training for two weeks and be introduced to your tasks in the best way. This is initially a consulting assignment for 6 months with the ambition and great chances that you will then be permanently hired by EnterCard! You should therefore see this as something long-term to be qualified for the position.

Responsibilities in the role:

• Answer incoming calls from both private and banking customers via phone
• Respond to inquiries regarding credit and banking matters
• Guide customers and inform them about EnterCard's products

Profile we are looking for:

• Completed high school education
• Interest in finance and a desire to work in banking
• Experience in service and helping customers
• Experience in customer service via phone is highly meritorious
• You spread positive energy and enjoy working in a team
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written; other language skills are a plus

We are primarily looking for someone with the right personality and attitude. You are passionate about service and have a general interest in finance, seeing this position as an opportunity to develop. As a person, you are reliable, humble, and driven. You must have a clean record and be free from payment remarks. We will conduct a background check on the final candidate for the position.

Working hours: Weekdays between 8:25 AM & 6:10 PM. (38.5 hours/week) Scope: Full-time Start date: Immediate Location: Stockholm

Working as a consultant at The Wofi As a consultant with us, you will receive an employment contract with statutory terms regarding vacation, salary, pension, sick leave, overtime work, etc. You will also be assigned a responsible mentor at The Wofi who is available throughout the contract period to ensure that you are happy at work and to act as a sounding board and advisor when needed.
