Accountant who wants to help make Gothenburg more fun!

At Göteborgsfamiljen, no day is the same – and that's exactly how we like it. With 7 subsidiaries and in an ever-changing industry, we are now looking for an accountant who wants to help keep the numbers in top shape while we continue to make Gothenburg one of Sweden's best restaurant cities.

About the role As an accountant with us, you will work broadly and independently – but always with colleagues close at hand when you want to bounce ideas. At our office on Tredje Långgatan, there is a wonderful team that is passionate about both their work and Gothenburg.

You will work with:

• Accounts payable and receivable
• Bank transactions and ongoing bookkeeping
• Reconciliations and monthly closings
• Compilations and reporting to authorities
• Preparatory work for audits and annual closings

In short: you are a key player who ensures that our finances are balanced – and contributes to our continued growth and development.

Who are you? We believe you have a relevant degree from university or vocational training, and then 1–2 years of experience in similar tasks and feel comfortable with the accounting flow. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and gain energy from a workplace where there is life and movement. As a person, you are engaged, meticulous, and unpretentious. You are both analytical and solution-oriented, and you can quickly prioritize correctly when a lot is happening at once.

About Göteborgsfamiljen Since our start in 2002, our mission has been simple: to make Gothenburg more fun. Today, we operate 20 restaurants and own several of the properties they are located in. In 2024, we had a turnover of approximately 400 million, but it is still the same passion that drives us – to create experiences and meeting places that make our city vibrant.
