We are recruiting a receptionist for a popular gym in Stenungsund – Are you social, service-oriented, and enjoy fitness?

About the position

On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a receptionist for a gym focused on community, health, and joy in training. In the role of receptionist, you will be the first impression for members and visitors. You will work in an active environment with varied tasks and a great opportunity to influence with your energy and service mindset.

Your main responsibilities:

• Welcome members and guests
• Answer questions at the reception, via phone, and email
• Manage memberships, bookings, and payments
• Ensure that the reception area is welcoming and organized
• Collaborate with trainers and other staff to create a positive experience for members

We are looking for someone who:

• Is social, positive, and outgoing
• Enjoys providing service and interacting with people in various situations
• Has good communication skills in Swedish (and preferably English)
• Is computer literate and quick to learn new systems
• Is flexible and responsible

Preferred qualifications:

• Interest in fitness and health
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, or similar

About the assignment

This is a recruitment we are conducting on behalf of our client. The employment will be directly with the gym. The position is full-time, and the working hours are varied with opportunities for day, evening, and weekend shifts. Start date is according to agreement.
