We are looking for two engaged and structured project coordinators who want to contribute to driving and coordinating the work of phasing out products for our client. You will be an important link between project managers, work stream leaders, and various parts of the organization – from product management and purchasing to manufacturing, aftermarket, and sales.

The project is led by experienced leaders and is divided into clear work streams, providing you with a clear structure and close collaboration with knowledgeable colleagues.

Project Administration

• Schedule project meetings

• Document timelines, activity lists, status, and meeting minutes

• Follow up on deliveries and deadlines

• Support work stream leaders as needed

Active Support in Work Streams

• Review component lists with factories

• Follow up on components to be phased out

• Evaluate inventory and orders compared to machines to be built

• Assess risk of component obsolescence

• Excellent organizational and administrative skills

• Good understanding of business processes and cross-functional projects

• Able to work independently and in a team

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Basic knowledge of aftermarket, purchasing, manufacturing, and supply chain

• Experience in documenting and following up on projects

• Able to assess risks and provide recommendations
