About the role
As a Finance Business Partner & Controller, you will step into a completely new role where you will help set the framework. Your time will be divided 50/50, with 50% focusing on Wioniq Nordic and 50% on the group's global operations, Wioniq Group. You will be a central part of both the local team and the international organization and will be part of the global management team. There, you will contribute with financial expertise, analyses, and strategic recommendations to strengthen the business.
You will drive the development and standardization of financial processes, systems, and working methods across the group to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency. Here, you will have the opportunity to combine strategic and operational work in an environment with high ceilings, short decision-making paths, and a clear desire to grow, both locally and internationally. Occasionally, your work will take you out into Europe to meet colleagues within Wioniq Group.
You will among other things:
- Lead and develop the work with budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
- Conduct in-depth analyses of financial results and trends to support business decisions
- Develop and implement routines for cost optimization and revenue management
- Actively contribute to both the local and global management teams with financial expertise and strategic recommendations
- Support the business in finance-related issues and be a key person in change and improvement projects
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and the group's global finance function, e.g., Business Support Centers
We are looking for someone who:
Has solid experience in controlling, financial management, and analysis, and combines the security of truly knowing your field with the energy to drive development. Throughout your career, you have worked closely with the business and know how to transform analyses and numbers into strategic decisions that create real value. For you, finance is not just a row of numbers; it is a tool to develop the business and contribute to long-term success.
You thrive in an environment where there is room to influence, improve, and think outside the box. With your entrepreneurial spirit, you dare to challenge old ways of working and see change as an opportunity. When conditions shift, you are quick to adapt and find ways forward. And you do this with a communicative and pedagogical ability that builds trust and engages those around you—from the management team to colleagues in everyday life.
We see that you have:
- 5+ years of experience in financial management and analysis, preferably in both local and international organizations
- In-depth knowledge of Excel and experience working in business systems, such as VISMA.NET, SAP, Power BI, or similar
- Experience working cross-functionally and leading change processes
- Post-secondary education in finance
- Excellent language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
