At Vår Omtanke, we are now looking for several personal assistants who want to work with our client in Märsta! In this role, you will make a difference in people's lives and work with us towards our vision – Everyone has the right to a good life.

About the position

As an assistant, you are expected to plan, organize, and structure the day independently in collaboration with the client. You will accompany the client in their daily activities. A driver's license and access to a car are required. You should be able to navigate unfamiliar environments. Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required as the client's needs demand this. You will have the opportunity to be involved and influence daily life.

As an assistant, it is crucial to show patience, be attentive, and flexible in your working style.

Who are you?

You are an honest and reliable person who genuinely enjoys working and has the ability to create a harmonious atmosphere around you. You should have great empathy, patience, and the ability to understand another person's situation while being very attentive. We are looking for someone who has experience working as a personal assistant or has other relevant experience. Ideally, you are a self-employed individual looking for extra work. As a person, you have good social skills, consider the client's overall needs, are meticulous and responsible, and have a positive attitude.

The family has a dog and two cats.

Requirements

• Due to the responsibilities of the tasks, the applicant should be of middle age.
• The job requires explicit collaboration and teamwork.
• Knowledge and experience with diabetes.
• The job requires a structured working method and good organization.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license B. Very good knowledge of Stockholm. Ability to follow GPS and navigate in unfamiliar environments. You need to have your own car to commute to and from the workplace. The client's car will be used for the job.
• Cooking skills, i.e., cooking from raw ingredients to finished dishes.
• Criminal record extract.

Working hours and employment rate:

Hourly employment/as needed 

Possibility of fixed shifts in the long term.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage by agreement, other compensation according to collective agreement.
