We are now looking for a Group Accountant with great drive and commitment. Here, you will be part of an ambitious and competent team of a total of 10 people. At BRA Bygg, you are given the mandate to change and streamline. The role is broad with many points of contact, and therefore you will be highly involved where decisions are made. The position is located at the head office by Röda Sten in Gothenburg with a beautiful view of the harbor entrance and right next to the Älvsborg Bridge. You report directly to the CFO.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for monthly and annual financial statements for all companies in the group (K3)
• Prepare monthly financial statements at the group level for reporting to the parent company Veidekke (IFRS)
• Prepare and be responsible for annual reports for all companies in the group
• Responsible for tax declarations for all companies in the group
• Prepare audit planning for the group together with our auditors 
• Be responsible for the accounting management of BRA's companies within the group
• Oversee the group's acquisitions and sales of companies
• Lead the work in the accounting team

Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with an academic degree and several years of experience in a similar role with qualified accounting, complex accounting issues, and reporting. Furthermore, we see that you have experience in group accounting and good knowledge of IFRS and K3. It is also an advantage if you come from an acquisition-intensive business with experience in buying and selling companies. If you also have experience with publicly traded companies and have worked with real estate, that is a big plus!

You are calm and secure while enjoying working at a fast pace with many points of contact in the organization. You work independently, accurately, and strategically, and have good analytical skills. If you are a positive team player, you will thrive in our group. To succeed in this role, you also need to have the ability to create and maintain good relationships.
