Are you a Business Controller with experience in sales and logistics?

JHB is now looking for an experienced Business Controller who wants to be part of an organization characterized by a passion for driving the business forward. You will be a business partner to the sales and logistics organization, acting as a strategic advisor and supporting the organization in making well-informed decisions.

The office is located in Partille and you will report to the Head of Controlling. Main responsibilities: • Performance monitoring and reporting: Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, variance analyses, and KPIs. • Support for the business unit: Advisor to department heads by providing financial insights, risk assessments, and support in decision-making processes. • Forecasting and scenario analysis: Use financial models to predict future trends, analyze different business scenarios, and support decision-making. • Analysis and groundwork: Re-evaluate, rework, and build analyses from scratch. • Ad hoc analyses: Support management with ad hoc financial analyses and projects that drive business performance and strategic initiatives. Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with several years of experience as a Controller who has worked closely with the business. You are analytical and have a strong business sense. Furthermore, you are a strong team player with an unpretentious and open mindset and possess strong communication skills.

You have an academic degree in finance and good knowledge of Excel. Experience with Power BI is a plus. We also expect you to have good proficiency in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form.

As a person, you are curious, structured, and solution-oriented. You enjoy collaborating and are eager to share your knowledge while also being open to learning new things. Last but not least, you are an outgoing, positive person who takes initiative and loves to contribute energy to the team!
