JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily activities are offered as an alternative to work and studies for people with disabilities of working age. The task includes creating a safe and good care environment in daily life based on the individual's conditions. We work in a low-arousal and structured manner to ensure that each individual can lead as independent a life as possible. Examples of activities include outdoor walks, music, drama, excursions, and creative creation.

We provide support to individuals with various types of disabilities, but the target group is primarily within autism in the Solvinden operations. The task includes having a good knowledge of the laws we work under. All employees are responsible for social documentation.

We work with joint planning within Functional Support. For this unit, this means collaboration with another daily activity in the same building.

The working hours are 40 hours a week and are scheduled during daytime.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a trained support assistant and see opportunities rather than obstacles. You have an open and flexible attitude and actively contribute to a positive work environment. You are able to work independently and are also a good team player. You have the ability to transform theoretical knowledge into practical approaches in everyday life.

Competence Requirements

• You have completed the care program, are a nursing assistant/support assistant, or have other education that the employer deems equivalent.
• Have experience working with autism.
• Have a B driver's license.
• Can work independently and also have good collaboration skills.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills.

Meritorious

• You have experience with low-arousal approaches, AAC, and clear pedagogy.
• Have experience with TimeCareMultiAccess and Treserva.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability and approach.
