Conditions;

Job title: Store Assistant
Employment type: Permanent, probationary employment applies for 6 months
Working hours: The store is open between 06:00-23:00 and scheduling operates on a 4-week schedule.
Opening, closing, and weekend work are included.
The position is a schedule averaging 21 hours per week.
It is important for us that you can get to the store, be dressed and clocked in by 05:00 at opening.
Salary conditions: Fixed salary according to the collective agreement

Maxi ICA Stormarknad consists of two companies in close collaboration. Maxi Livs, which sells groceries, and Maxi Special, which sells non-food and seasonal items. We act towards our customers as if we are one company. We are also very proud to have several companies on-site in the store, including Apoteket Hjärtat, Sushi, and Min Doktor Kliniken.

On November 10, 1994, we opened our doors and are now one of Sweden's ten largest grocery stores. We are a family business and exist to inspire and make our customers' everyday lives easier and better. With us, customers find around 40,000 items under one roof. With a new entrance, parking area, and online shopping (since 2019), we are ready with our fantastic staff to welcome and serve our two million visitors per year.

Target Group

Maxi's largest target group is families with children, but we are also a local store for many elderly people and single-person households in the area, which is unique for a hypermarket.
