Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (The Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each customer is unique, and your tasks vary based on the customer's needs. You respect the customer's self-determination and privacy, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is calm, attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with our female customer in her 29s living in Lysekil
• our customer prefers a female assistant
• has very good knowledge of the Swedish language
• can assist the customer with activities outside the home such as horseback riding and swimming
• is tolerant of pets
• non-smoker

It is also meritorious if you:

• have experience or education in similar work
• have a B driver's license
• share the customer's interests such as swimming and horses.
• are a good swimmer
• enjoy music and play an instrument

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts" and the position is approximately 60-80%. The job involves round-the-clock service 1 - 2 days a week, 24h shifts, 8h on-call, and 16h active time. Weekdays and weekends.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are according to collective agreements.
