Feelgood's specialist area for Harmful Use, which assists employers with challenges and risks related to alcohol, drugs, medication, and gambling, is now seeking a Specialist in Harmful Use who wants to work to strengthen working life through advice, education, and support.
About the role
As a specialist in harmful use, you will become a key player in Feelgood's business area that is exclusively aimed at working life. The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities where you will have the opportunity to make a difference through:
- Managerial advice: Coach managers and support them in issues related to alcohol and drugs in the workplace, including policy development and training.
- Investigations: Map and analyze harmful use among individuals and provide recommendations for appropriate interventions.
- Coordination: Lead cases from start to finish – from advice and investigation to treatment and aftercare.
- Development: Plan and conduct training for workplaces and create and participate in the implementation of alcohol and drug policies. You will work closely with the client's organization to ensure that these tools function as part of the long-term work environment efforts.
- Relationship building and sales: Build and maintain relationships with clients and identify new needs and opportunities.
You will be based at one of Feelgood's occupational health units and work consultatively with clients across the country, while also having a local anchoring both internally and towards the local market.

Within the harmful use business area, we assist companies with everything from preventive work to rehabilitative interventions to manage risk use and harmful use among their employees.
Your responsibilities include:
- Conduct investigations to map harmful use among employees at our client companies.
- Follow up on treatment interventions with clients.
- Provide advice and managerial support on issues related to harmful use.
- Conduct training on harmful use, tailored for the workplace.
- Oversee and implement alcohol and drug policies at client companies.
Identify and map needs where Feelgood's specialist areas can contribute solutions. We are looking for someone who:
- Is a social worker, behavioral scientist, health educator, nurse, or has an equivalent higher education.
- Has at least 4 years of experience in investigation, coordination, or treatment of risk use, harmful use, or addiction.
- Is outgoing, independent, and responsible with a good ability to structure and prioritize.
- Has experience in sales and customer work and understands the importance of always putting the customer first.
- Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Meritorious:
- Experience in managerial support, advice, or training.
- Experience as a manager or in HR.

Practical information:
- Scope: Permanent employment at 100% with a 6-month probationary period.
- Location: Gothenburg, but the position involves travel to some extent.
- A driver's license and good IT skills are required.
