Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Configuration Manager for a long-term consulting assignment within IT and digitalization. The assignment involves establishing and driving configuration management at an operational level within a larger organization, in close collaboration with a tactical process leader. You will be a central part of a digitalization initiative for the implementation of a CMDB platform and will contribute to creating structure, quality, and long-term manageability of the organization’s configuration data and processes.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Ensure quality and currency of data in the CMDB Work practically with the collection, registration, and updating of configuration items (CIs) Support process leaders with requirements specification and testing of tool support

Collaborate with technical teams, system owners, and suppliers to document relevant configurations

Contribute to the design of working methods, routines, and improvement proposals Support training and communication about configuration management in the organization Ensure that processes and deliveries meet regulatory requirements

    Qualifications (mandatory requirements)

    At least 4 years of work experience as a Configuration Manager At least 3 previous assignments covering the entire implementation lifecycle of tool support At least 4 years of experience in practical work with process management tools, process documentation, and data validation Experience from at least 3 implementation and establishment projects in large organizations, with responsibility for requirements and needs documentation Experience from at least 2 assignments within regulated operations in organizations with > 500 employees Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

      Desirable Experience

      ITIL V4 certification At least 3 years of experience in requirements-based testing Experience in data modeling, such as CSDM Experience in supporting and participating in process-oriented training and demos

        Location

        Stockholm (combination of remote work and on-site work as agreed)

        Timeline and Scope

        Start: 2025-08-18

        End: 2026-06-30

        Scope: Full-time, 40 hours per week

        Option: Possibility of extension for up to 1 year
