Exterium Uterum & Entreprenad AB, part of the Cyntus Group with an annual turnover of over 200 million SEK, needs you as our new salesperson for our branch in Stockholm.

Do you enjoy building relationships and find it easy to talk to people? Are you social and reliable? Then you might be the one we are looking for in the role of garden room salesperson. Exterium has offices in Stockholm and Gothenburg but carries out assignments throughout Sweden. We have a unique concept where we can quickly provide a fixed price for both construction and materials, from start to finish. Exterium offers everything from summer rooms to fully integrated extensions. We always provide our customers with free consultation and advice at home.

About the position

The role of garden room salesperson means that you enjoy making deals and find it exciting to help people fulfill a dream. The role suits you if you are driven to achieve results in a friendly and accommodating environment. Since the job requires a car, a B driver's license is a requirement. In the role of garden room salesperson, you will follow the customer throughout the entire process from sketch to building permit to finished garden room. Therefore, you need to be flexible with working hours and able to travel to fairs and other meetings that may occur.

To succeed in the role of garden room salesperson at Exterium Uterum and Entreprenad, we see that you are goal-oriented, structured, responsible, and meticulous. You thrive in a communicative role and enjoy meeting people in their everyday lives. Working flexibly, both evenings and weekends, is not a problem. You also enjoy marketing yourself, the company, the concept, and the ideas behind the results. A background in the construction sector is an advantage.

We apply a six-month probationary period.
