Stora Coop Sisjön is a well-established and appreciated store with a good assortment and a clear ecological profile. Our opening hours are 7 AM to 10 PM every day of the week to provide good accessibility for our customers. The store has around 45 permanent employees and several part-timers.

We are now looking for someone who wants to help make our manual counters a success!

In your role as B-Responsible in the department, you will support our sales leader for delicacies and fish. This means you will have varied tasks such as providing service to our customers at the store's manual counters, as well as being responsible for purchasing, sales, and self-control in the department. You will possess specialized knowledge in the area and ensure that the development and operation of the departments are carried out efficiently and professionally. You will also be responsible for the store's salad bar, which includes everything from maintenance to orders.

We want you to communicate easily, be clear in your leadership, and have a coaching and supportive approach towards your colleagues. Furthermore, you should be skilled at inspiring and engaging your employees.

Previous experience working with fish and seafood, cheese and charcuterie, delicacies, and/or salad bars is considered highly meritorious. We expect you to have good knowledge of food hygiene, preferably with training in this area, as well as experience in responsibility roles, leading teams, and managing orders and scheduling. A relevant education in food/cooking and good product knowledge in the delicacy area, including trends and customer preferences, is highly meritorious.

The position is a permanent employment of 32 hours per week with a start date according to agreement. We apply a probationary period. Working hours vary between day, evening, and weekend. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

• Good Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement.
