The Disturbance Service Ensures Safety!
At Disturbance Service, we currently have over 65 employees and our office is located in fine premises centrally in the Focus building. We offer services that create safety and security in our customers' living environments. We work with urgent disturbances in the evenings and nights, we conduct investigative and eviction prevention work during the day, we investigate suspected incorrect rental conditions, and we offer property emergency services for assistance during urgent incidents. Disturbance Service has a close collaboration with social services, healthcare institutions, and other community support. Our customers include municipal housing companies within the group, several of the largest private landlords, and some housing cooperatives in Gothenburg. Disturbance Service in Gothenburg AB is one of eight subsidiaries of Förvaltnings AB Framtiden, which is the parent company, and the group also includes Poseidon, Bostadsbolaget, Familjebostäder, Gårdstensbostäder, Framtiden Byggutveckling, Egnahemsbolaget, and Göteborgslokaler. The Framtiden group is part of Gothenburg City.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Are you looking for your next part-time job? We at Disturbance Service are looking for hourly substitutes as case handlers in the Property Emergency Service who can cover evenings, nights, and weekends. We are looking for you who are a student or have the ability to be flexible and can come in at short notice. During the summer period, there is a great opportunity to get more hours.
Do you enjoy providing service and solving urgent problems? Do you like talking on the phone? Do you have a technical interest or experience in customer service? As an employee in the Property Emergency Service, you will, together with your colleagues, receive reports of faults from our customers' tenants via phone during emergency hours. The main job responsibilities include:
- Responding to, assessing, and reporting fault reports and alarms from our customers' tenants.
- Providing self-help assistance, meaning supporting tenants to resolve minor issues themselves, directing non-urgent matters to regular working hours, and if necessary, contacting contractors for urgent action.
- Reporting and documenting information in our computer systems.
We place great demands on personal suitability as the individual employee has significant responsibility.

The Property Emergency Service offers a varied job in an important function that only operates during emergency hours (evenings, nights & weekends). Working hours may vary according to needs that arise at short notice due to the absence of regular staff.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in technical customer service - Meritorious. We are looking for someone with experience in technical customer service, preferably from the property industry or similar.
You are service-oriented and pedagogical, enjoy helping customers, and have a good ability to express yourself both verbally and in writing.
If you have additional language skills beyond Swedish, that is a good merit.
Computer skills are required as you will be working in several different digital systems.
Sometimes the pace can be high, so you must be able to handle multiple ongoing cases simultaneously.
You are a good listener and can ask questions to those calling to gather information about the case to make decisions about the right action. You enjoy explaining and have the ability to make the difficult simpler.

You convey information and ideas clearly both verbally and in writing. You ensure that your message gets across. You adapt your communication according to the recipient, target group, and situation.
