Västra Ramlösa School is located in a quiet and pleasant area in southeastern Helsingborg. We are close to both Jordbodalen and Ramlösa Brunnspark, which we frequently visit. The school has 620 students in grades F - 6.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a leisure teacher who wants to work towards a higher goal achievement for our students in the leisure center!

At Västra Ramlösa School, we work in teams consisting of several leisure teachers, where we together develop and drive pedagogical development. As an employee in the leisure center at the school, you are the one who sees the whole picture of the student's school day. You will be part of a team that supports you in your daily work, encourages, and inspires you to try new things and further develop yourself. Together with our lead teacher in the leisure center and your colleagues, you will be responsible for developing and driving the pedagogical work for increased pedagogical quality and equity in our leisure centers.

You will plan, implement, and evaluate the activities according to the central content prescribed by Lgr 22. In the morning, you will work based on your competence and experience with student groups together with other teachers. You will also be an active part of planning and executing recess activities and our important holiday activities.

In addition to individual planning each week, the team has a planning morning together each week. For us, everyone contributes with their specific competence and experience, which allows us to build the most developing and stimulating school for the students together!

We assume that you are good at collaborating and creating new relationships with colleagues, students, and guardians. The school works to promote collective learning where we share and learn together. Together, we create a safe and pleasant environment that promotes learning for ALL. The workplace is smoke-free and health-conscious. As an employee, you receive a wellness allowance of 3000 kronor per year.

Qualifications

You have a teaching degree with a focus on leisure centers. Naturally, you have knowledge of the school's governing documents, Lgr 22, and General Advice for Leisure Centers, as well as the ability to translate theoretical development into practical action. You are accustomed to working with systematic quality work and driving pedagogical development in leisure activities. For you, just like for us, the activities of the leisure center are of utmost importance, and therefore we ensure that there are the right conditions, including having a lead teacher in the leisure center and many qualified colleagues to drive the development work with.

We are looking for someone who is attentive and focuses on children's communication, how they learn, and what they are curious about. Through your personality and experience, you contribute to the students' development through interaction and dialogue with others. You are also comfortable working independently. Making individual adjustments for students based on the needs you encounter is a given for you. You are engaged, straightforward, open, and have good organizational skills. You are goal-oriented and want both you and your students to succeed.
