We are looking for a curious and dedicated preschool teacher who wants to help develop and work in a stimulating environment with wonderful children, guardians, and colleagues.

Fantasia Preschool aims to embrace children's interests, talents, differences, and conditions.

The preschool's educational focus is on Drama and Nature. Drama includes movement, theater, dance, singing, music, rhythm, and art. Our goals are to have a creative environment that develops children's imagination and creativity. The preschool is located near many beautiful green areas, including Fredriksdal Open-Air Museum.

Educating children is society's most important task. It is essential that you, as an applicant, are responsible and believe that communication and collaboration are a given. We work extensively with visual support and TAKK, experience in this area is an advantage.

You should be a good role model and have a positive attitude towards the children, guardians, and your colleagues at the preschool. You should meet the child where they are, showing full respect for the knowledge the child already possesses. Calm, secure, flexible, cooperative, and professional in your role. Social competence, understanding, and demonstrated consideration are very important in the operation. You should be well acquainted with the preschool curriculum. Collaboration between colleagues and departments should be a given.
