Together with the school's two international programs, Business Management and Social Science, the Sales and Service Program, the Introduction Program, and our adapted high school, Nicolaiskolan is a dynamic school.

Job Responsibilities

As an employee, you are expected to help open doors both within the school and to the outside world. We actively work to create a creative learning environment for our students through real projects. You naturally use digital tools and the internet in your teaching. For us, it is important to let the future into the classroom!

You will belong to the Stylist and Textile Work Team where you collaborate with a team of experienced and dedicated teachers. You will be a mentor for a group of students.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed teacher with qualifications to teach Swedish, English, and Swedish as a second language. We prefer that you have several years of experience in teaching and mentoring at the high school level, but for us, the most important thing is the right person.

You are a clear leader in the classroom with the ability to create structure, context, and good relationships. You should have a genuine interest in working outwardly and be able to integrate theory with practice.

For us, the relationship between staff and students is very important and is based on trust. Therefore, you who apply should be open and cheerful and a natural relationship builder. We are looking for someone who dares to think outside the box and wants to develop themselves and the learning environment. You use pedagogical documentation as a method to increase awareness of your own work in the school. With the help of pedagogical documentation, you make visible and reflect on attitudes and learning processes.
