Our guiding principle “From job dream to dream job” clearly illustrates how we work and think! Right now, we need a teacher specializing in electrical engineering. As you may know, electricity is crucial for the functioning of our society in general and especially for our properties and industries. You are familiar with terms such as Ohm, Ampere, FTX, distribution board, contactor, main voltage, TNS, and the term communication network feels familiar as well. It is important for us that you, as a teacher within adult education, respect the diverse backgrounds of all participants, both professionally and educationally. You act in a way that makes you a role model for the participants, sharing your professional knowledge both theoretically and practically. You are technically curious and see the connections between different technologies; electricity, air, and water are present in many areas.

Movant AB works with practical vocational training for adults, skills development, and labor market assignments. On behalf of several municipalities, we conduct practical vocational training for adults.

The job involves teaching, stimulating, and leading our participants in their learning. You will teach both the practical and theoretical parts of the entire training program and follow up on the participants' knowledge levels.

Formal qualifications:

We are looking for someone with pedagogical experience who is currently working or has worked in the industry as an installation electrician or equivalent. You enjoy working in a team, and it is important that you have the ability and desire to develop people by sharing your professional knowledge. We would like you to have experience in teaching or leading work and have good knowledge in the specializations, both theoretically and practically.

A teaching degree is desirable, and teaching experience is an advantage.

Examples of courses you will teach include practical electrical engineering, mechatronics, electrical power technology, and energy technology.

Your personality is characterized by good collaboration skills and flexibility. You have the ability to create good relationships with everyone you meet in your work. As an educator, you instill a strong belief in the participants' abilities to achieve individual and common goals together. You promote a learning and innovative climate and are careful to provide participants with feedback on their results. Quality is an important guiding principle for you.
