We are now looking for a housing supporter to join our team at Källreda. We offer training and a developing job where you can make a difference! The position will be part-time, ranging from 75% to about 85%. About Källreda Källreda is a psychiatric residence located in a quiet and nature-friendly village environment, 30 km north of Växjö. We are a team of about 20 wonderful employees, with various professions such as nurses, occupational therapists, chefs, and housing supporters.

About the role As a housing supporter, you will base your work on the individual needs and wishes of the residents, providing support in daily life from a pedagogical perspective. Together with other employees, you will work towards making each day meaningful and enriching. You will support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the residents to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks will also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours will be during the day, evenings, and weekends.

You will have a group leader or team manager close by who works part of their time in the operation. This can also be a future career opportunity for you.  

Your experience and knowledge We are looking for candidates with a high school education in health and care, preferably with training in psychiatry or equivalent education. You should have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, good computer skills, and experience with documentation. Experience working with the target group in social psychiatry is an advantage. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and opportunities to grow.
