About the role:

We are now looking for a service coordinator whose main responsibility is to work with service & support for solar panels, batteries, heat pumps, and smart control systems in Denmark.

Your main tasks will be to:

- Plan and coordinate service & support cases, primarily for private individuals

- Lead and book installers, electricians, and subcontractors

- Assist with technical expertise in renewable energy

- Maintain good customer contact throughout the process

- Follow up and document

As a service coordinator with us, you are responsible for the entire case, from start to finish! That said, you are never alone - your knowledgeable colleagues are always close at hand for advice and tips. Today, we are a strong project team with many years of combined experience located in Hyllie at our beautiful headquarters, where you will also work every day of the week.

Requirements:

· Can communicate fluently and clearly in speech and writing in Danish, Swedish, and English (Native language = Danish)

· Very good computer skills

· Very good technical understanding of renewable energy

· Experience with solar panels & batteries

· Stress-resistant - Can handle many tasks at once and can work independently

Meritorious:

· Experience working with service and support

· Experience working in CRM systems

· Worked closely with customers
