About the position

We at Olivia Personal Assistance are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute when needed as a personal assistant for our male client in Växjö.

Working hours are scheduled as follows on weekdays and weekends:

• 07:45-22:00 (Can be changed to shorter shifts on certain days)
• 12:00-22:00
• 22:00-07:45 (awake night)

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start training immediately.

About the client

The client is a man in his 20s with cerebral palsy and needs your help with most of his daily activities. Some mornings during the week he is at a daily activity where you as an assistant are not present. He also enjoys doing activities with his family and training as well as swimming in the pool. There are aids in the home such as a shower chair, electric wheelchair, and lift.

The tasks are as follows:

• Assist with daily routines such as household chores
• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
• Accompany on activities

Are you the one the client is looking for?

We are looking for someone who is positive, empathetic, responsible, and humble towards other people's life situations. If you have professional experience working as a personal assistant or other care experience, it is an advantage but not a requirement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Not allergic to pets, there are cats in the home
• Non-smoker
• Swedish in speech and writing to document correctly
• Tolerate chlorine and be able to swim

Employment rate: 1 substitute as needed

Start date: Interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
