We have space for 40 clients; 10 with dementia and 30 short-term. We are a wonderful team of nursing assistants, care staff, planning leaders, chefs, 4 nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, activity coordinators, cleaning staff, group leaders, assistant managers, and managers.

We are looking for someone who works with heart. You are driven by working with people and making a real difference for the clients every day. You have the ability to empower and support clients in all aspects of daily life.

As a person, you are meticulous and engaged with clients and their relatives. You find it easy to collaborate, have a pedagogical approach, and contribute to a good and pleasant atmosphere in our workplace.

Job Description

We have clients who need care and are now expanding our lovely team with more nursing assistants as hourly substitutes for day/evening/weekend shifts. It is an advantage if you have experience in care work in elderly care and previous delegation.

We are looking for you with nursing assistant education and experience in care work.

• Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 points.
• Preferably a professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employers regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills/computer familiarity

You enjoy providing good service, creating great relationships, and want to enhance the quality of life for our clients. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about elderly care and can see the individual’s needs.
