Job Description

As a nurse at the BUP clinic, you will work independently with your own patient visits and assessments but also closely with your colleagues for support and guidance. You will have close collaboration with the responsible physician and with other professionals such as occupational therapists, social workers, psychologists, and others. The work involves collaboration with relatives, authorities, and care neighbors. The work is varied, developing, and suits those who want to take a lot of personal responsibility. Patient education and person-centered care permeate our entire working method. At the clinic, we work in a learning-oriented way in various forums.

Your introduction will be tailored based on your knowledge, skills, and previous experiences. We have a strong focus on education and development. We are keen to create conditions for you to feel welcome and secure in your role. During the introduction, you will receive a mentor.

Work Group

We have a good atmosphere in the workgroup and are a team that enjoys working together and helping each other. At the BUP clinic, you as a nurse will be offered regular supervision, an introductory program, and a mentor. Improvement and development work is part of our everyday life, and we also conduct teaching and research within the clinic.

About You

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, preferably with relevant specialist education.

We would like you to have a few years of professional experience working with psychiatry and/or children and adolescents.

As you will be in constant dialogue with patients and colleagues, it is a requirement that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability such as being responsible, having good collaboration skills, stability and flexibility, being curious to learn and willing to try new things, as well as the ability to work both independently and in a team.
