Job Responsibilities:

As a seating specialist at Anatomic SITT, your main responsibilities will include designing the most optimal seating solution for your patient. You will be responsible for your own trials/development of individual seats, managing the entire process from creation and testing of the seat to delivery to the patient. In this role, you will plan your own customer visits and work from a home office or the head office in Norrköping, depending on where you live.

The role also includes market monitoring, where you stay updated and well-informed about our standard product range, our customized range, and general trends within the industry. This is crucial for us to offer our customers the best overall solution. You will spend most of your time with customers and have regular meetings and gatherings with your colleagues in Norrköping for updates and customer and sales meetings.

You will play a key role in creating long-lasting relationships with our customers in your district. You will be the face of Anatomic SITT's innovative products.

You will be part of a team of ten people and report directly to the sales manager.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education that we consider relevant for the role, such as an occupational therapist, physiotherapist, orthopedic engineer, orthopedic technician, assistive technology technician, or equivalent. You have previous experience working with medical aids and are comfortable practically handling various types of aids based on patients' individual needs.

To succeed in the role of Seating Specialist with us, you are practically oriented and have a solid interest in technology. You enjoy creating and are handy. You plan your own workday, which requires self-drive, good planning, and structure. You are adaptable and have an easy time building meaningful relationships. It is important that you are motivated to contribute to a better quality of life for others. This is at the core of the role, so we see that you have great empathy that you want to combine with your medical expertise in this profession!

You communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written. A driver's license is a requirement.

During the first year, you will primarily work from the head office in Norrköping and participate in joint trials with a colleague. We expect that after a comprehensive introduction, you will be responsible for your own trials, plan your own customer visits, and work from a home office.
