Work as a Substitute Teacher with Lärarpoolen!

At Lärarpoolen, we specialize in recruiting and staffing substitutes for educational institutions from preschool age up to high school. We are currently looking for substitutes in Stockholm. As a substitute with us, you will have a flexible and enjoyable job where you get to meet many new people.

The number of work shifts may vary depending on the schools' needs, with fewer shifts during holiday weeks, for example. This is a perfect position to combine with your own business, another job at 50%, or studies.

We are looking for substitutes who can reach all of the areas listed below within an hour:

• Enskede
• Årsta
• Farsta
• Hägersten
• Älvsjö
• Hässelby
• Vällingby
• Järva
• Inner city
• Kungsholmen
• Södermalm
• Skarpnäck
• Skärholmen

Job Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for teaching
• Follow the regular teacher's planning
• Carry out activities with the children according to the plan
• Supervise outdoor recess
• Assist during meals

Qualifications:

• You should have a desire to work in schools and with children/youth.
• Valid and approved extract from the criminal record
• Over 18 years old
• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• We are looking for someone who is flexible, curious, and adaptable

It is a plus if you have ongoing education or are trained to work with children/youth.

Working with Us

We offer a flexible workplace where we at Lärarpoolen are always available for you as a substitute. You will be offered shifts at short notice, often the same morning. With us, you work safely with both insurance and collective agreements.

As a substitute, you are expected to be available for work at least 2 days a week, but you choose which days and times you are available. You can easily manage this via our app, where you can mark yourself as unavailable and report your hours.
