Support Technician with a Focus on Linux

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work with the ongoing management of external support for the company's trading systems and the surrounding systems, with a particular focus on Linux Debian environments. Part of your work includes software management, such as installation, upgrading, and updating software. You will also provide support in troubleshooting the trading system and its surrounding systems. If necessary, internal tasks may be introduced into the role. An important part of your responsibility will be to coordinate and lead first-line support, where the team is responsible for external support, system analysis, and administration of customer-facing system solutions.

Your Profile and Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, collaborative, responsible, and curious, and has a strong interest in fintech and stock market-related systems. You thrive in a team and understand the importance of collaborating to achieve common goals. You take responsibility for your tasks and ensure they are carried out carefully and efficiently, even under pressure. Your curiosity and interest in fintech drive you to constantly develop and stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the industry.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in IT
• 1-2 years of experience working in a service desk
• Experience with Linux (Debian)
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, and network devices
• Experience with ITIL
• Fluent in Swedish and English – both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience with SQL
• Experience with Python, PHP, or Bash
