Experienced Project Manager Needed for ERP Project in Sollentuna

Our client in Sollentuna is looking for an experienced project manager to lead and coordinate the implementation of the company's new, cross-departmental ERP system. The system is built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and includes several ISV modules, Microsoft Dynamics CE, and various third-party systems.

Responsibilities

As a project manager, you will be responsible for coordinating activities before, during, and after the initial launch of the ERP project in Sweden. You will have a central coordinating role and together with key stakeholders create and manage a transition plan to quickly address issues and minimize risks during the transition. You will ensure that relevant documentation and planned deliveries are approved and anchored with stakeholders and report regularly on the project's status to the sponsor group.

Your Profile and Qualifications

In the role of project manager, we value your solution-oriented and consultative approach. You have a good ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally. Furthermore, you have a structured and goal-oriented working style. To thrive in the role, you are confident and can take initiative independently when required. We also prefer that you have a post-secondary education in IT, project management, and/or business systems.

The role of project manager requires you to work independently. You are used to leading, challenging, analyzing, and are not unfamiliar with producing materials and delivering results yourself. You are a team player who has the ability to create consensus, see solutions, and work towards common goals.

Requirements

• At least five years of project management experience
• Documented experience in implementing ERP systems
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English – both spoken and written
