System Developer/Architect in Microsoft Dynamics 365

Description

Our client is now looking for an experienced system developer/architect in Microsoft Dynamics 365 who wants to help drive their digitalization journey.

In this role, you will be involved in creating and developing solutions for streamlining and digitalizing customer flows and business processes. You will work in a dynamic and fast-growing organization where you have the opportunity to influence and shape the future of the organization's digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Work with system management, improvement, and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365, focusing on Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights.
• Collaborate closely with system administrators and external suppliers to develop and manage CRM solutions.
• Take responsibility for planning, analysis, design, coding, as well as testing and verification of solutions.
• Lead and participate in change and new development work within the CRM system.
• Work according to LEAN methodology to optimize business solutions.
• Manage and further develop system integrations and API solutions.
• Participate in the development of new digital solutions that support the organization's needs and goals.

Qualifications

• Relevant education in computer science, programming, or information technology, or equivalent work experience.
• Practical experience working with MS Dynamics 365, preferably focusing on Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights.
• Experience working with integration and API solutions to other systems and processes.
• You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• You have good project management and communication skills and enjoy collaborating in teams.

Meritorious

• Good knowledge of Azure, MS SQL, and Power-BI is meritorious.
• Experience working with system integrations and API solutions.
• Experience with SSRS and Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is a plus.
