Your role with us

As a Customer Success Specialist, you are the link between our customers, installers, and our platform. You assist our customers with onboarding, solve technical issues, and ensure that our solutions create value.

Your tasks:

  • Onboarding: Set up new customers in our platform and guide them through the startup process.
  • Support: Answer questions, troubleshoot technical problems, and find solutions with curiosity and drive.
  • Installer contact: Collaborate with electricians and technicians to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Documentation: Briefly and clearly document cases in our system Jira and follow up to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Who are you?

We believe you are a problem solver at heart who enjoys finding answers and making things work.

You are:

  • Communicative and pedagogical – you make technical solutions easy to understand.
  • Curious and structured – you tackle challenges and document clearly.
  • Technical – you have a basic understanding of configuring devices, simple networks, and general troubleshooting of systems.
  • Experienced in customer support, preferably in case management systems like Jira.

It’s a plus if you:

  • Have worked with installers or in technical customer-facing roles.
  • Have previous experience in Customer Success or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Have a B driver's license.

Practical information

  • Location: At our office in Täby but with room for flexibility.
  • Extent: Full-time.
  • Salary: 33,000 – 40,000 depending on experience.
