Description

Our client is looking for a Business IT Analyst to join the team working with Access Management in the CAD/vPDM system.

The system manages access to information for various user categories in multiple countries, considering predefined conditions such as requirements from information owners, the information security organization, legal requirements, and export control regulations.

Responsibilities

As a Business IT Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding user needs as well as the rules and guidelines governing access management. Your work will involve documenting and describing requirements for the rest of the team and collaborating to find suitable solutions. You will also participate in testing, prepare training materials, and create user instructions.

The role includes collaboration with a cross-functional team consisting of a Product Owner, Scrum Master, developers, and system architects. You will work closely with users and stakeholders within the global organization, as well as system suppliers and other teams contributing to value creation. The work is conducted in agile sprints of ten weeks.

Part of the role is to act as Scrum Master, and during the Product Owner's parental leave, you will also take over as Product Owner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, IT, or business administration.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience in access management and IT security work in large global companies.
• Knowledge of export control.
• Experience with CATIA v5/3DX or similar systems.
• Experience in developing Catia/Enovia systems/methods.
• Experience in the Business IT Analyst role and Scrum Master role.
• Experience with agile working methods.
