Test Manager in Quality Assurance

Responsibilities:

• As a test manager, you are the heart of the team focusing on delivery, quality assurance, test strategies, deadlines, and also being able to work operationally with testing.
• You will need to utilize your communication skills as well as your technical interest to develop and optimize a test plan and manage resources to ensure high quality in the results.
• You need to stay up to date with the latest technologies and methods in quality assurance and engineering.
• Write and maintain test cases, test strategies, and other relevant documentation related to testing and changes in the systems our clients work with.

We are looking for someone with the following experiences:

• We believe you have worked for several years in roles within testing and quality where you have been responsible for test strategy and test management.
• Change and/or improvement work of agile team deliveries
• Test architecture
• Test strategy
• Test planning and test execution
• Management and/or implementation of test automation
• Strong inner drive with a coaching leadership style
• Knowledge in analyzing and interpreting results from AI-driven tests to improve test strategies and development processes

The position involves daily interaction with clients, therefore it is a requirement that you are proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

You will also be based in our office in Solna Business Park but will also work with or for our fantastic clients. You live or operate in Stockholm today and have the necessary permits to work in Sweden.
