Akkodis is looking for Service Desk Agent Level 1 and Level 2

Akkodis is now seeking Service Desk Agents responsible for remotely resolving incidents related to computers, software, printers, telephony, video conferencing, and other peripheral equipment. Your tasks include communicating with end-users, logging incidents, resolving or forwarding cases, and coordinating incident management.

You will also handle requests: Remotely, you will manage service requests such as information inquiries, password resets, installations, changes, and disposals (IMACD) of computers, software, printers, telephony, video conferencing, and peripheral equipment. This also includes communication with end-users, executing or forwarding service requests, as well as coordinating and planning resources.

The work is conducted according to established Service Level Agreements (SLA). You will exchange information and experiences within the team and be responsible for user administration, including installations, moves, additions, changes, and disposals (IMACD) of user accounts, file resources, and email accounts. This also includes managing user accounts, admin accounts, and system accounts, as well as administration of file resources and email.

You will participate in the maintenance of the knowledge management system and contribute to the quality improvement program. You will also work to harmonize processes, user guides, and other initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a Service Desk.
• Previous experience using ticketing systems.

Requirements:

• You must be able to communicate fluently in Swedish.
• You need to pass a potential security clearance.
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Level 1: 1-3 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Level 2: 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role.
