Incident Manager with Team Leader Skills

Responsibilities

In the role of team leader, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the team in their daily work. This includes planning and scheduling shifts as well as participating operationally in shifts. You will provide technical support to the client's members who use their trading system.

An important part of your role is incident management, where you will document, manage, and report incidents to the respective system owner. You will also own and drive the Problem Management process, where you identify and address root causes of recurring issues in the IT environment in close collaboration with Second Line, the development team, and other departments.

Your Profile and Qualifications

We are looking for a solution-oriented person with a natural ability to analyze complex problems and find effective solutions. You are responsible and take ownership of your tasks while ensuring that tasks are carried out carefully and qualitatively. Your structured work style allows you to prioritize and plan, even in high-paced situations with multiple parallel tasks. We would like you to be a natural leader who inspires and motivates the team to perform at their best.

In addition, you are curious and see changes and challenges as opportunities for development, you have a strong interest in fintech and stock-related systems. Your technical understanding and willingness to learn new things enable you to adapt to new tools and working methods, which is an important part of the role.

Requirements:

• Relevant bachelor's degree in IT
• 2-3 years of experience working as an Incident Manager
• Experience working in a service desk
• Experience with Linux (Debian)
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, and network devices
• Experience with ITIL
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience with SQL
• Experience with Python, PHP, or Bash
