About the RoleWe are looking for a trainer for a consulting assignment with one of our clients. The assignment involves leading a course in AI, automation, and machine learning, focusing on providing participants with both theoretical and practical skills. As a trainer, you will teach, mentor, and inspire students to achieve their learning goals. We prefer that you are a subcontractor and run your own business for this assignment.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and evaluate course components in AI, automation, and machine learning.
• Ensure that the course content meets high quality standards and relevance to the job market.
• Lecture and mentor participants in areas such as M2M communication, IIoT devices, machine learning, and cybersecurity.
• Evaluate students' performance through oral presentations and project assignments.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Documented experience in teaching AI, automation, or similar technical subjects.
• Deep knowledge of machine learning, M2M communication, IIoT, and cybersecurity.
• Ability to communicate in Swedish and English (course materials may be in both languages).
• Ability to plan and structure educational initiatives pedagogically.

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience teaching at YH or university level.
• Experience working with IT and OT security, as well as zoning and data diodes.
• Ability to analyze and use AI to manage security incidents and network security.
• Experience in project management or mentoring in educational contexts.

LocationThe teaching will take place at the client's site. The main location of the course will be specified upon agreement.

Timeline and ScopeThe assignment includes:

• 3 weeks in June.
• 2 weeks in August.
