We are looking for someone with a degree in special education (a requirement for the position), preferably with experience working in adult education, as well as in various student registration systems.

Your responsibilities are typical for a special educator. You will work independently but have close collaboration with our teachers, administration, study and career counselors, and principals. You will be part of the school's student support team. You are an outgoing person who wants to take responsibility, plan, and develop routines and processes. You take pride in having good relationships with external contacts, such as the municipalities involved in adult education. The special educator is a very important key person when it comes to our students' results, and you are someone who thrives and is driven by leading projects and contributing to the important work of supporting teachers in their mission.

As a person, you are open, positive, meticulous, structured, and have a relationship-building approach. You take great responsibility for your tasks. Of course, you have the ability to meet people with respect and empathy, regardless of background.

The position comprises 50% divided between adult education and high school. Depending on the number of students, the scope of the position may be expanded in the future.
